We are looking for a driven and capable **Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist** to support us with the development of sourcing and finding the best calibers to achieve organizational goals

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan interviews and selection procedures, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Manage the hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- English - Fluency.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficient with CV screening, phone interviewing, and shortlisting.
- Proficient in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting Boolean Search
- Any professional credentials, such as HR Certification Institute or relevant.
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics.
