**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Junior Sales Executive**to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will independently identify, engage, and convert leads into customers within the residential sector. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, you’ll contribute directly to revenue growth while honing your sales skills in an exciting and innovative industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Execution**:Deliver compelling pitches and product demonstrations showcasing the financial and environmental benefits of our solar energy solutions; negotiate terms and close deals within assigned targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the solar industry; compile actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**:Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the Sales Manager; maintain detailed records of all client interactions using our CRM system (e.g., Bitrix).
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional efforts and messaging; contribute creative ideas for improving lead generation and customer engagement strategies.
- **Learning & Development**:Actively participate in training programs to deepen your knowledge of solar energy solutions, sales techniques, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Renewable Energy), Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar role; experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of renewable energy concepts (willingness to learn is essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
