**This is a 100% Remote Job**

We are looking for a **Customer Care and Operations Specialist** to assist our customers and vendors with technical problems when using our products and services. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users/ vendors through features and functionalities.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our vendors'/ clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all procedures.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Communicating and responding to customer inquiries through various channels (Phone calls, chat, etc..)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service & operations process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

**You'll be a great fit if you have**:

- 2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist in an eCommerce or in a similar role (CS agent).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
