Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Agent - English Speaker, with the position located in Cairo, Egypt, but allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Care Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide support across various channels, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is a Must
  • Being Egyptian
  • Ability to commit to the Full-Time Hybrid module
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle different customer scenarios effectively
  • Experience in handling CRM software and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or contact center is advantageous
