Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Collection Agent will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as contacting customers to collect overdue payments, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for financial transactions. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to address any inquiries related to outstanding balances and collaborating with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
  • English Level B1
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of finance-related procedures and practices
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems is a plus
  • Prior experience in collection or financial services roles is advantageous
