Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Professional, located in New Cairo. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns effectively, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The Customer Care Professional will work closely with other team members to consistently improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written expression
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant experience in customer care roles is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
