Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Representative - English speaker at VOIS, located in Cairo, Egypt with some work from home acceptable. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer support via various channels, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clear and effective communication with customers. The representative will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication
  • Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
