Position Summary

You will drive the planning, coordination and reporting of all anti-counterfeit cases with all internal and external stakeholders. Track and report progress in all cases from the trigger until proper legal action has been placed with coordination with MENA ACF manager & Cluster Legal Counsels.

**In this crucial role, you'll**:

- ** Become the data detective**: Manage and classify all incoming Anti-Counterfeit (ACF) notifications from various sources, including:

- Suspected products identified by sales and stakeholders.
- Consumer complaints.
- Other companies' notifications and requests.
- ACF service provider intelligence.
- Customs authority information and claims.
- ** Ensure data integrity**: Verify, correct, delete, or re-enter data in our ACF database to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- ** Collaborate for effective tracking**: Work with the global ACF team to assign codes to each claim for easy tracking and record-keeping.
- ** Prioritize and manage cases**: Receive cases from the legal cluster head, prioritize them based on severity, manage their progress, and verify all information before escalation to the ACF manager.
- ** Be a compliance champion**: Uphold GDPR, confidentiality agreements, and Nestlé information protection guidelines to ensure data security and privacy.
- ** Team player with a global reach**: Partner with the global database management team to guarantee data accuracy and MENA ACF's alignment with global standards and procedures.
- ** Guardian of confidential information**: Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data through secure practices.
- ** Backup champion**: Secure information by regularly backing up the database.

**What will make you successful?**
- Preferably have experience in Quality Assurance, computer Science, business administration
- Min 5 Year of experience in multinational FMCG or Pharmaceutical
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of relevant market and partner requirements
- Strong drive to look for solutions to meet the need within our standards.
- Ability to take ownership for driving the solution end to end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
