As a Senior Software Presales Engineer at Adree, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to assist the sales team in crafting effective solutions that align with client expectations and business objectives. Your role is pivotal in articulating the value proposition of our software offerings while addressing the unique challenges faced by potential clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their specific technical requirements and business challenges, providing tailored software solutions that meet their needs.
- Delivering in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations that effectively communicate the advantages and functionalities of our offerings.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies, including preparing persuasive proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for both clients and internal teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our software capabilities.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings to enhance our positioning in the market.
- Working with engineering and product management to relay customer feedback for product improvements and feature requests.
- Representing Adree at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our software solutions and building lasting relationships with potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a presales engineering or technical sales role within the software domain.
- Extensive knowledge of software development practices, deployment processes, and system integration.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in relationship building and understanding customer needs to drive successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client requirements and recommend effective solutions.
- Familiarity with various software solutions and the competitive landscape of the industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating efficiently in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as necessary.
