Barista

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and passionate **Barista** to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and non-caffeinated drinks, while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to company standards.
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers safely and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly and timely manner.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and food pairings.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining areas.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and cups as needed throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.Stay updated on new drink recipes, seasonal offerings, and company promotions.
- **Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role (preferred but not essential).
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes or procedures.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
