An opportunity in KSA

We are looking for a
"Branch Operation Manager"
for one of the fast-growing Café Chains in Saudi Arabia, established in 2018, which has about 28 branches across KSA and the Gulf area

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day café operations with full accountability for quality, hygiene, and service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards across production, customer service, and overall branch ambiance.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate purchasing to avoid shortages or over-ordering.
  • Supervise cash handling, POS accuracy, and end-of-day reconciliations.
  • Implement operational workflows that elevate speed, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and develop a diverse team including baristas, shift leaders, service staff, and runners.
  • Build a performance-driven culture that supports teamwork, ownership, and accountability.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, shift allocations, and resolve staffing gaps proactively.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and set KPIs aligned with brand goals.
  • Maintain top-tier customer service standards and resolve escalations professionally.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and drive service improvements.
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and brand-consistent environment at all times.
  • Drive sales performance and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Manage operating costs, wastage, and labor budgets.
  • Analyze branch metrics (sales, footfall, customer satisfaction) and report to Operations Management.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and food-handling regulations are strictly followed.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed.
  • Implement company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Branch Manager / Store Manager in cafés, restaurants, or F&B chains.
  • Proven background in operations management for multi-branch or high-traffic cafés.
  • Solid understanding of café operations, barista workflow, inventory, and customer-service dynamics.
  • Ability to manage pressure, peak hours, and operational challenges effectively.
  • Experience in start-up or fast-growing F&B environments is a plus.
  • Strong customer orientation with a passion for hospitality.
