Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in New Cairo. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service. Responsibilities include managing branch staff, achieving sales and operational targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and Islamic Sharia principles. The role demands the development of strong relationships with customers, strategic planning for business growth, and resolving branch-related issues effectively.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, with experience in team supervision and performance optimization.
  • Banking and financial acumen, including knowledge of financial products, branch operations, and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational and customer-related challenges.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to establish relationships with clients and foster collaboration within the branch team.
  • Understanding of Islamic banking principles and practices is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in banking or management are a plus.
  • Proficiency with banking software and tools used for branch operations.
