Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager (Pharmacist) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Branch Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing a team of pharmacists, maintaining inventory control, ensuring proper storage of medications, and assisting customers with their healthcare and prescription needs. The role also involves training and mentoring the pharmacy team while meeting sales and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and pharmacy compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a valid license to practice as a pharmacist in Egypt
  • Prior experience in a managerial role within the pharmacy or healthcare sector is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
