**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and answering questions about the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and seating area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation during shifts

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn more about the craft
