**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on **Training Specialist** to join our operations team in Cairo.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs for baristas and operational staff, ensuring that every cup served meets Brown Nose's quality standards and that all team members are equipped to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for baristas and front-line teams.

* Support onboarding programs for new hires.

* Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for development.

* Collaborate with Operations and HR to ensure alignment of training content with company objectives.

* Develop, maintain, and update training materials and SOPs.

* Ensure consistency across all branches in product knowledge and service standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

* **2–3 years of experience** in training within the **specialty coffee** or **F&B industry** (mandatory).

* Strong technical knowledge of coffee brewing, espresso techniques, and customer service.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field preferred.

* Based in **Cairo** with flexibility to visit branches as needed.

* Passionate about people development and coffee culture.
