Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist (Quality & Food Safety), based in Egypt. The Training Specialist will oversee organizing, facilitating, and conducting training programs, with a focus on quality standards and food safety protocols. Responsibilities include designing instructional materials, delivering engaging training sessions, assessing outcomes, and fostering continuous learning and compliance among team members.

Qualifications

  • BS.C of Science or Veterinary, Agriculture.
  • At least 2:4-year experience in Micro Food Lab
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Food Safety Training Iso 22000, GHP / HACCP /BRCGS
  • Strong skills in Training & Development, Training, and Instructional Design
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and food safety regulations in the agro-food sector
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop annual and monthly training plans covering all topics related to Quality and Food Safety (GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO

· Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments tailored to different employee levels.

· Work closely with Production, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to schedule and ensure training participation.

· Update training content based on audit findings, incidents, or new customer requirements.

· Maintain complete training records for all employees (attendance, evaluation results, certificates)

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly training reports to the Quality Manager
