Job Description :

As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to clients on our system, ensuring seamless adoption and exceptional user experience.

Your role will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction through engaging, tailored training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual) on system usage.
  • Create training materials (e.g., manuals, videos, presentations).
  • Assess client needs and customize training to meet their specific requirements.
  • Provide post-training support, addressing client queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Measure training effectiveness through metrics like Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and adoption rates (target: 90% proficiency).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to enhance training experiences.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical training, customer support, or system administration.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) for effective client communication.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in training tools (e.g., Zoom, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems).
  • Experience creating digital learning content.
