Job Summary:

The
Senior
Training Specialist
will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs tailored to real estate brokerage professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of property sales, client relationship management, market analysis, and brokerage operations — combined with proven experience in developing agents' performance through effective training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and experienced real estate agents (e.g., onboarding, sales skills, negotiation, customer service, CRM usage).
  • Conduct engaging in-person and online training sessions using interactive learning techniques.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, performance data, and consultation with managers.
  • Develop and update training materials, presentations, and manuals to align with company standards and market trends.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and field support to enhance agents' productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Sales departments to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure training content remains current and compliant.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Trainer
    within the
    real estate brokerage
    industry is
    a must
    .
  • Deep knowledge of real estate sales processes, client management, and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and coach diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and LMS (Learning Management Systems) tools.
  • Certification in Training TOT, or similar) It is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must
