Draft & review all types of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advice on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial obligations as well as handling the groups General Assemblies & BoD meetings
- Prepare and update litigation & claims reports
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the company.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
- Carry out licensing procedures whenever required
- Ensure internal policies are aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Conduct internal legal audits to ensure legal documentation and processes are in line with statutory requirements and best practice

**Job Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate or international law firm environment.
- Experience in various types of contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance is essential. Experience in litigation is a plus.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is required. Must be licensed to practice law in Egypt.
- Arabic Fluent
- English Excellent
