Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Cairo. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing corporate governance, handling mergers and acquisitions, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The Corporate Lawyer will also collaborate with various departments to provide proactive legal risk management and strategic advice.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Law and regulations
  • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Proven ability in managing corporate governance and compliance
  • Experience in handling mergers and acquisitions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Law; a master's or relevant certification is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate legal role
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
