Job Description:

  • Draft & review all types of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Advice on corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial obligations as well as handling the groups General Assemblies & BoD meetings
  • Prepare and update litigation & claims reports
  • Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the company.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
  • Carry out licensing procedures whenever required
  • Ensure internal policies are aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Conduct internal legal audits to ensure legal documentation and processes are in line with statutory requirements and best practice

Job Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate or international law firm environment.
  • Experience in various types of contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance is essential. Experience in litigation is a plus.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is required. Must be licensed to practice law in Egypt.
  • Arabic Fluent
  • English Excellent
