We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in the IT/software industry to lead enterprise-scale SaaS and digital transformation initiatives. This role drives enterprise-wide digital transformation programs that modernize platforms, elevate customer experience, and deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and lead end-to-end SaaS and digital transformation programs, from strategy to execution
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define program vision, outcomes, and roadmaps
- Oversee multi-stream program delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget
- Establish strong program governance, executive reporting, and decision frameworks
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-program impacts
- Lead vendor, system integrator, and third-party partnerships
- Drive delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and effective change management

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in Project management within SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation projects
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or customer-facing digital platforms
- Exposure to global or multi-region transformation programs
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise SaaS transformations
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and system integrations
- Deep experience with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and vendor management
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced environments
