Documents enhancements or changes to a product or process using a standardized style and structure and collects all related technical information to be reflected in the documentation.
- Uses a variety of editing, content management, diagramming, screen capture, and other documentation tools and recommends improvements to the documentation process including identifying best practices and establishing documentation templates.
- Writes easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
- Obtains a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Collaborates and confers with stakeholders to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, and technical specifications.
- Researches, creates, and maintains information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allows for easy data migration
- Must always be diligent in protecting company data confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in technical writing
- Mastering writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy
- General awareness of fintech and understanding of electronic payments main concepts
- Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, RoboHelp)
- Good communication skills and ability to manage work with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
- Commitment to organization’s business needs and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, QC engineers and business development representatives.
