**Role Purpose**:
The Supply Chain Business Partner will be assigned to key internal stakeholder groups in _VOIS and the Centres of Competency. In addition, will be responsible for building strong relationships across a number of internal functions. An ambassador of SCM creating credibility and driving commercial value throughout the Supply Chain, working closely with the line of business, Centers of Competency, Senior Supply Chain Business Partner and VPC.

**Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership**:

- Strategic influence on SCM.
- Interactions with key stakeholders across the line of business and Centers of Competency to build strong and credible relationships in order to maximize overall delivery.
- Use BI tools (Iview, Celonis, etc.) to identify opportunities, with ability to leverage the global sourcing function at the Vodafone Procurement Company (VPC) where applicable.
- Exercises control by driving Demand Management excellence (questioning, challenging and influencing the future sourcing demand of the Group functions) and by leveraging global sourcing initiatives where relevant. Includes Design to Cost methodology.
- Requires good commercial awareness and knowledge of the industry in order to contribute to the savings and revenue generation objectives by monitoring contractual risks and ensuring mínimal value leakage with key suppliers in line with Commercial Contract Management principles.
- Good people management for an individual/team of professionals operating in a matrix organization. Defines team operating standards, sets direction and enables performance.
- Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
