Manage ongoing 3rd party warehouse relationships by having regular business updates and KPI dashboard reviews.
- Drive the Inventory Management Plan. Ensures the plan includes stocking levels to meet global customer requirements as well as achieving the company’s financial objectives
- Review inventory projection based on ITM Sales Forecast and TTM Replenishment
- Ensure stock level meet market needs
- Ensure replenishment order (TTM) are place on time in accordance with production lead time.
- Manage and forecast regional inventory to include managing inventory levels and inventory turns and minimizing obsolescence, discards, aged inventories and inventory reserves.
- Lead transfer of supply chain production planning, logistics, and release testing to contract manufacturing partners.- Manage the different finance planning (OB, MYE, YEE)
- Review actual market stock, In-Market sales projection, tender projection to establish projected To-Market forecast required for the financial planning
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Sales lead to provide accurate data
- Translate In-Market projection to To-Market requirements used to develop the Financial Planning
- Ensures the demand forecast has consensus, is shared in the correct level of detail and timely for all stakeholders.
- Analyze demand regularly and identify any inconsistent data between forecasts vs actual sales. Provide recommendations for change.
- Lead supply planning activities for new product launches within areas of responsibility.
- Manage cluster Sales & Operations Planning to ensure effective materials management in support of business goals.
- Translate S&OP plans into forecasts as appropriate.
- Proactively communicates significant demand and supply changes
- Resolution of key issues which impact product release at CMOs.
- Provide supply chain visibility to the sales and marketing teams; in situations where the demand exceeds supply, collaborate with the internal teams on best customer outcomes.
- Effectively manage the supply chain to meet and exceed KPI’s relating to service levels, OTIF, inventory levels/inventory days, and backorder dollars.
- Maintain the order flow of all products and manage the customer delivery process to ensure on time delivery.- Establishing and managing the day-to-day business relationships and transactions with all supply stakeholder and customer to ensure synchronized supply & demand.
- Effectively manage the supply chain to meet and exceed KPI’s relating to service levels, OTIF, inventory levels/inventory days, and backorder dollars.
