The Role

**Requirements**:
**about you Skills / Qualifications**: - Excellent Knowledge of networking technologies at layer 2 and layer 3 of the OSI Model - Understanding of networking technology LAN, WAN, UCC - Cisco Call Manager Experience - Understanding of VOIP and IPT technology - Willing to work in 24x7 environment - Good interpersonal, communication skills - Good time management, and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure to deal with multiple tasks - Customer Oriented Attitude - Ability to work under pressure and multitasking - Proactive and self-motivated - Good analytical and problem solving skills - Team Spirit - Fluent in both spoken and written English Educational background: - Degree in telecommunication and/or computer sciences engineering field - CCNA is a must - CCNA Voice or CIPT certified person is preferable - ITIL Foundation Knowledge - ITIL Foundation Certified is preferred Professional Experience: - 1-3 years' experience in telecommunications field - 1-2 year of - Experience in networking operational environment (IPT/VOIP/IP) - 1-3 years' experience in a customer oriented position department Global Delivery & Operations Orange Business manages and integrates the complexity of international communications, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that drive their business.
