**Job Overview**:
Invitro Capital is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee our social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive interaction across all platforms. As the Social Media Lead, you will craft innovative strategies, take the lead on content creation, and lead social media campaigns that align with our broader marketing objectives. This role is crucial for shaping our digital presence and fostering community engagement in a fast-paced tech environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and online presence.
- Lead the creation of engaging content across various social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging media.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of relevant content aligned with other marketing activities.
- Supervise and mentor a team of social media specialists to produce high-quality content and maintain active engagement with our audience.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to synchronize campaigns with corporate milestones and product launches.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement.
- Engage with key influencers and thought leaders on social media to expand community and influencer outreach.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing followers and engaging an audience.
- Expertise in major social media platforms and tools of the trade, including scheduling tools, analytics suites, and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO. Exceptional content creation and writing skills, able to deliver compelling messages suited to each unique platform.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience leading a social media team in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Ability to use graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles to collaborate effectively with web development teams.
