**Social Media Manager (Team Leader)**

**Team Leader Social Media Manager - (Remotely\ Work From Home)**:
Evershare a leading UK-based news, events, and online community that offers a wide range of digital marketing services for small to medium-sized businesses.

we’re seeking a full-time, remote Social Media Manager to lead our dynamic team.

you will spearhead our online presence, leveraging social media platforms to engage with our audience, identify trends.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists, ensuring effective task delegation, performance monitoring, and providing constructive feedback.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and SWOT analysis.
- Create, edit, publish, and share daily content that engages our audience on social media
- Build the social media strategy, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and content quality standards.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to review ongoing campaigns, set team targets, and address any issues.
- Foster professional development and training opportunities for team members.
- Report on campaign results, audience growth, engagement, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with our followers, promptly responding to queries
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends in social media, and design tools.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 Years max in social media filed.
- Advanced experience as an English content creator.
- **Fluent English speaker is a must.**:

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills (must have had a designer under his lead before).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex situations with advanced communication and client handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent translation skills, with a proficiency in translating content from English to Arabic.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
