As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and leading the full social media department across all platforms for our brands. Your primary focus will be on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Your main objectives will include setting the social media strategy, creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and helping to generate sales through strategic social media initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts for two brands, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Develop and create engaging and visually appealing content in various formats, including written posts, images, videos, stories, and other multimedia assets. Ability to work on Canva.
- Brand Identity: Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all social media platforms, aligning with the brand guidelines and target audience.
- Community Engagement: Foster and maintain active engagement with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Social Media Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate sales.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brands' social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media strategies and support overall business objectives.
- Crisis Management: Handle potential social media crises or negative feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring proper resolution and maintaining the brands' positive image.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 1 years of experience in social media management
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media scheduling tools
