Tele Sales Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership and Supervision**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of tele sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans to enhance team performance.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement tele sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align tele sales activities with overall sales goals and marketing campaigns.
- **Training and Development**:
- Provide ongoing training and development to tele sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and product knowledge.
- Organize and lead regular sales meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and product understanding.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure that the telesales team delivers high-quality customer interactions that foster trust and loyalty.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee daily telesales operations, including call distribution, lead management, and sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations in all telesales activities.
- Manage schedules, shifts, and attendance to ensure optimal team productivity and coverage.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales results, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Monitor the quality of calls and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- **Technology and Tools**:
- Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure that the tele sales team is proficient in using all necessary technology and tools to perform their duties effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 5-7 years of experience in tele sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a tele sales environment.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- **Attributes**:
