Tele Sales Team Leader

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- **Sales Management**:
- Monitor and analyze team performance against sales targets and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates.
- Assist in the development of sales scripts, techniques, and processes to improve overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Training and Development**:
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
- Identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the team, and provide targeted coaching and training.
- Support new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the team.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure that the team provides a high level of customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales results, and other relevant metrics to the Tele Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct quality checks on calls and provide feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.
- **Operational Support**:
- Assist in managing daily telesales operations, including call distribution, scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales activities with broader company objectives.
- **Technology and Tools**:
- Ensure team members are proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for sales tools and software when needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a telesales environment.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
