**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services based on their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a well-organized database of leads, contacts, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company services, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage customers over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: E£15,000.00 per month
