Job Summary:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone. You will utilize persuasive communication skills to promote and sell our products or services, handle objections, and achieve sales targets. Your role will be crucial in expanding our customer base and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists to introduce, promote, and sell [Company Name]'s products or services.

Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch to generate interest and secure sales, following established scripts and adjusting to customer responses as needed.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing their needs and providing information about products or services.

Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential to convert into sales, and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Handle Objections: Respond to customer objections and questions effectively, providing clear and concise information to overcome barriers to sale.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred. Experience in [specific industry] is advantageous.
