**Compensation**: $500-$1,500/month base + commissions ($500-$7,000/month potential)

We're growing fast — and now we’re looking for a sharp, experienced **Appointment Setter** to help us take things to the next level.

**Your Role**

This role is **performance-based** and ideal for someone with a **proven track record** in B2B appointment setting, especially in the marketing or business services space.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to leads (we provide the leads)
- Qualify prospects based on pre-set criteria
- Schedule and confirm appointments on the calendar for our closers
- Track daily outreach and results in our CRM
- Collaborate with our team to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
- Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a results-driven attitude

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience in B2B appointment setting** (required)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Organized and reliable — shows up and follows up
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning or marketing agencies is a big plus
- Able to work independently and hit targets consistently
- 30 MBPS minimum speed and 8GB Ram Computer
