**Job Title**: Appointment Setter

**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospects using a provided list or CRM.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
