Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Appointment Setters/Callers. The primary responsibilities include scheduling appointments with potential clients, ensuring efficient calendar management, generating and qualifying leads, and maintaining professional and efficient communication. The role also involves providing top-notch customer service and fostering positive client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
  • Experience in Lead Generation and nurturing potential clients
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
