**The HR Business Partner **will will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management across the company's operations in **Egypt**. He will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead talent acquisition efforts for key positions across the holding company and subsidiaries, including developing sourcing strategies and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances while fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement performance management systems aligned with business goals, offering coaching and support to managers.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, covering areas such as leadership and compliance.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and market trends.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating and enforcing compliance across the organization.
- Manage HR data, maintaining accurate records and generating reports to support decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, organizing events and recognition programs to foster a positive company culture.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- ** 5 to 10** years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in a holding company or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
