As a Network and Communications Supervisor ,you will manage and maintain company's network and communication systems at the highest standards.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead all projects related to network and communications, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Manage and maintain the networks and security systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Review network designs periodically and report the results to management.
- Ensure the highest availability of services according to industry standards.
- Support the system administration team with network-related tasks.
- Lead all digital initiatives related to network and connectivity.
- Lead and maintain CCTV projects, ensuring functionality and security.
- Manage and maintain all network and communication assets.
- Regularly report on operational activities and project statuses.
- Act as part of the level 2 support team, addressing escalated issues.
- Provide coaching and training to level 1 support staff as needed.
- Monitor network and communication systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage and administer the group’s telephony systems.
- Manage and administer collaboration and conferencing solutions.
- Ensure that projects are implemented within the allocated cost.
- Create user manuals and documentation as required.
- Build and maintain network and communication documentation according to standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- Certified in network management.
- More than 10 years of experience in network management.
- More than 7 years of experience in telecommunications management.
- More than 5 years of experience in network and communication security.
- Experience in the architectural design of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).
