**Responsibilities**:

- Seek new business opportunities, whilst developing and increasing business to existing clients.
- Achieve sales growth through increasing the customer base and availability of all SKU'S in all ranges.
- Increase revenue and profitability whilst providing customer service second to none.
- Set the monthly plan to achieve sales target.
- Implement the monthly plan to reach and exceed goals.
- Organize and coordinating sales representatives' schedules.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions.
- Answer all Customers questions and follow up calls.
- Hold periodically market visits to check on products availability.
- Set monthly estimate with customers.
- Plan New customer acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience in wholesale including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- FMCG Experience is a must
- Delta resident
- Excellent Negotiation skills
