**What we are looking for.**

In this role, you would be a passionate, self-motivated leader and mentor for our Sales team. The Regional Sales Manager must be someone who is willing to guide the team to meet their professional goals. We need someone who has a lot of sales expertise who is looking to pass it down. This role requires someone excited about leading and experiencing team success through achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Location**. Head office - Dokki

***Your day in a Nutshell might include**:

- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Implementing sales goals and communicating them to key individuals.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales team in their techniques
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Maximizing growth potential of the region.
- Ensuring our brand is accurately represented in all sales communication
- from sales leads to existing customers
- Relaying customer insights and sales data to product team and operations to support product development

- You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- You have strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Sales.
