Job Title: Senior Leader, Operations

**Job Overview**:
As a Senior Leader in the Operations Department of our reputable tourism company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes. You will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day activities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement effective operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

2. **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

3. **Process Optimization**: Identify areas for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction within operational workflows.

4. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of operational activities with organizational goals.

5. **Performance Monitoring**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and analyze operational performance against set benchmarks.

6. **Resource Management**: Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to optimize operational outcomes.

7. **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks in operations and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.

8. **Quality Assurance**: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.

9. **Client Satisfaction**: Focus on delivering exceptional service to clients, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships.

10. **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

**Salary**: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
