We currently need a field sales professional to service our growing customer base in Egypt. You will be part of our middle east sales team, reporting to our group offices in the Egypt region.
This is an established region with significant existing business. You will build on this success, generating new leads and developing new relationships.
You will be given the autonomy, tools, and infrastructure to succeed, but given the nature of this role you’ll need to have a strong commercial background and enjoy working independently.
On an average day, you will be offering solutions across our full range of products, from our flagship peristaltic pumps through to our turnkey fill & finish capital equipment products
- Due to the breadth of products, you’ll be familiar with mechanically engineered products. Ideally, you’ll have qualifications in engineering, or have significant experience dealing with pumps, valves or fluid handling products.
- This role sits within Middle East Sales Team and reports to the Regional Sales Manager - MEA._
**This role will focus on**:
- Prospecting for new business with target customers promoting the designated range of WMFTS products where appropriate maintaining a database of targets and a development plan for key targets.
- To develop and maintain a healthy pipeline for the territory from lead generation through to closing.
- Follow up all sales leads, quotations and win new business within area of responsibility.
- Contribute towards in market, industry, competitive analysis, and positioning.
- To be part of a worldwide team in a company committed to constant improvement and change which requires each process to be constantly examined and developed.
- Provide customer demonstrations of our products as required.
- Attend and contribute at quarterly sales meetings.
- Visit exhibitions of interest as requested and man WMFTS exhibition stands as required.

**Essential**
- Experience of Mechanically Engineered Solutions.
- Technical and commercial customer support experience.
- Customer facing experience with a proven track record in sales.
- Degree level in a STEM related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Existing database of customers in a variety of sectors - F&B, Chemical, Industrial, General Process Industries and Biopharma
**Desirable**
- Knowledge of Fluid Handling products and rotating equipment.
- Sales or commercial B2B experience within the industrial markets.
- Experience within a consultative sales process.
