**Job Summary**

Fluid Codes, the ELITE Channel Partner of ANSYS Inc., is seeking five (5) proactive and driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities by generating leads and contributing to business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Contribute to business development by finding potential customers and qualifying leads.
- Use internet/internal database resources, CRM platforms such as salesforce, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead prospecting and profiling new customers.
- Research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement into prospect accounts.
- Update the CRM database with lead/contact info and account/prospect intelligence.
- Provide market feedback to optimize the positioning of offerings.
- Develop and communicate ongoing improvements to the process of identifying and qualifying leads.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in the inside sales, sales, or presales environment of complex technical/industrial products.
- Technical aptitude and/or experience in an industrial/technical sales environment.
- Skilled at initiating phone discussions and overcoming objections.
- Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead prospecting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Well-organized, self-directed team player.
- Ability to engage with prospective customers based on open probes and creation of value statements.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment and manages competing demands.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions.
- Location: Cairo, Egypt (Office-based, no travel required)
