BS Logistics Egypt in urgent need for immediate hiring the following positions:
**1- Technical Office Engineering**

**Job Description**:

- Provide technical & administrative information to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction
- Follow up RO sites
- Follow up projects in process (construction, operation & maintenance)
- Coordinate between all departments (O&M department, Civil and Installation departments).
- Sites weekly Visits
- Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.

Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 3years of extensive experience in Water Treatment field is preferred.
- Excellent command in English
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Good communication and supervisory skills
- Alexandria residences are Preferred

**2- Purchasing Engineering**

**Job Description**:

- Develop and manage supplier relationships
- Develop an understanding of the market for the products and services purchased and identify the factors which influence availability and pricing
- Define and implement procurement strategies for specific materials, products and services
- Prepare, maintain and communicate long term sourcing strategies to support the Long-Term Plans.
- Develop and maintain forecasts (volume and price) for use with suppliers and for communication
- Generates Purchase Order in the system after approval of Purchase Requisition Form by the Sales and Management.
- Forwards the Purchase Order and Sales Contract (from Supplier) to Accounts Department and advises regarding Payment Terms
- Communicating with the suppliers with regards to prices, availability, terms of deliveries, payments, and any other tasks that the Sales/Procurement Executive may require
- Monitors and assists when necessary to co-ordinate deliveries of the cargo on time
- Coordinates with suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments or any quality issue
- Ensures formation including stamped and signed Purchase Orders and Pro Forma Invoices/Sales Contracts from suppliers, are correctly saved into the server for easy access by other departments

Job Requirements
- BC Chemical Engineering Degree
- Fresh Graduate
- Females only
- Excellent command in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation Skills
- A good Team player
- Alexandria Residence is a must
