To continue operating at our high standards, we're seeking a general manager who's a born leader. You should have experience in overseeing business operations as well as Sales Management, Projects planning, finance, Customer care and Manage all the business cycle Ideally, to be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, the general manager should be driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business and market opportunities and develop successful business proposals that secure new contracts and long term client relationships
- Contribute to the development, communication and promotion of corporate core purpose, vision, mission and values.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement in order to meet financial and performance targets.
- Follow up and coordinate all administrative, Marketing, Sales, Customer care, IT, accounting and quality services provided to support company growth.
- Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts
- Develop and retain talent to ensure delivery of business objectives
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Demonstrate a clear understanding and passion for customer needs.

Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business management, Economics or related field -, preferably an MBA.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of project management or similar executive role.
- Knowledge of project management methods.
- Strong Knowledge of business processes and functions (Planning, Marketing, Sales, Customer care, finance, project management, HR etc.)
- Familiarity with technology-based business development systems and tools.
- Customer focus.
- Strong analytical ,communication and presentation skills.
- Self-confident and engaging presence complemented by strong social and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business and sales skills
- Organizational strength, problem solving and solution-oriented approach
- Conflict Management Skills
- Fluent in English. German knowledge is a plus.
