Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor will oversee and manage daily shift operations, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met. Responsibilities will include coordinating team activities, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining workplace safety, and reporting production data. The role is based in Al Jizah, Egypt and requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to address challenges during production shifts.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
  • Understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and ability to enforce compliance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under time-sensitive conditions
  • Experience with production reporting and data analysis
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, supervisors, and other departments
  • A degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
