Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily branch operations.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.Lead, motivate, and support the admin reception, call center coordinators, and service staff.Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and performance.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.Ensure proper usage and inventory of products and tools.Coordinate with Head Office for reports, HR, finance, and marketing needs.Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.Drive branch targets and ensure sales and service KPIs are achieved.Desired Candidate ProfilePosition Overview:We are looking for a strong>Branch Supervisor/strong> to oversee the daily operations of our strong>Zayed Branch/strong>. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, high service standards, team efficiency, and excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty care industry (supervisory/management role preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Customer-oriented with a focus on quality and service excellence.Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with strong>Zoho People /strong>is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and strong>manage shift-based staff.
