With a customer-first approach, the company serves hundreds of clients daily across its multiple branches in Egypt.
Role Description
The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the sales team and work to achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include team management, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, Egypt.
Qualifications
- Strong team management and training skills to develop and guide sales staff.
- Exceptional analytical skills to monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance client relationships.
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to drive team success and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
