Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Sales Supervisors-All governorates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and monitor team KPIs.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Sales Representatives.
- Conduct field visits and ensure route compliance.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and retailers.
- Ensure correct implementation of pricing, promotions, and visibility.
- Analyze sales reports and share market insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and handle team logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG or pharma.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
