Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented
Regional Sales Manager -All governorates
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve regional sales targets
  • Manage and develop Sales Supervisors and their teams
  • Conduct field visits to ensure strong execution
  • Build relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and visibility implementation
  • Analyze regional performance and provide strategic actions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business/Marketing (MBA is a plus)
  • 5-8+ years of sales experience, including managerial roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in FMCG/pharma preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools; willing to travel
